Defending champion Virtus Segafredo Bologna (Serie A) landed 25-year old international power forward Amedeo Tessitori (208-94). He has played for the last two years at De Longhi Treviso Basket 2012. In 21 Italian Serie A games he averaged 8.1ppg and 4.6rpg last season. It was a very successful year in his career as he was selected to Eurobasket.com Italian SerieA All-Domestic Players Team.
Tessitori has been also a member of Italian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Italian senior team since 2018 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2012.
