Project Description
Troy is a scoring point guard who has an eye for the basket. He also has the vision to assist and pass. He has proven year after year that he is a scoring threat. Bell was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the first round of the 2003 NBA Draft (Pick No. 16), but was traded on draft night to the Memphis Grizzlies along with Dahntay Jones for Marcus Banks and Kendrick Perkins.
