Francisco Fernando Alonso, better known as Francis Alonso (born May 25, 1996 in Malaga , Andalusia ) is a Spanish basketball player . At 6’3 (1.91 meters) tall, he plays in the escort position in the ranks of the Montakit Fuenlabradaof the ACB League , assigned by Unicaja Málaga.
Prior to becoming a professional, Alonso played at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where was the MVP of his conference in 2018 and a member of the ideal quintet in 2018 and 2019.
