BC Nizhny Novgorod added to their roster 24-year old American forward Luke Babbitt (206-98kg-89, college: Nevada). He was about to sign at Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA, but it seems he will not stay with that team after all. The last season Babbitt played also at the Trail Blazers in NBA. In 62 games he recorded 3.9ppg and 2.2rpg. Three years ago he was drafted by Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) in first round (16th overall).
