Goran Dragic capped off a great EuroBasket 2017 run, finishing with 35 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists while leading Slovenia to a 93-85 victory over Serbia in the title game and earning FIBA EuroBasket 2017 MVP honors after averaging 22.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.1 assists throughout the tournament.

His production and leadership on and off the floor helped Slovenia finish the tournament with an unbeaten 9-0 record and their first ever EuroBasket medal.

Joining Dragic on the FIBA EuroBasket 2017 All-Star 5, was teammate Luka Doncic, who for his efforts throughout the entire tournament played a key roll in Slovenia’s run to the title, while averaging 14.3 points, 8.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists.

Teammates, Klemen Prepelic and Anthony Randolph also played big roles for Slovenia throughout the entire tournament and in the final game. In the Gold Medal winning game, Prepelic finished with 21 points and rebounds, while Randolph chipped in with 11 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks.

For the tournament, Prepelic averaged 13.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists, while Randolph averaged 11.7 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks.

Now, all four of these outstanding players look forward to the upcoming 2017-18 season, where each of them will look to carry over this momentum and continue to build on the success they had during their FIBA EuroBasket 2017 run.
