Darussafaka Istanbul (BSL) agreed terms with 27-year old American forward Grant Jerrett (208-100kg-93, college: Arizona). He played last season at Ratiopharm in German BBL league. In 10 Eurocup games he had 10.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.1apg.
Jerrett ended the previous (2018-19) season at Igokea in Bosnia and Herzegovina league where in 5 ABA League games he recorded 3.2ppg and 1.8rpg. But the most of that year he spent at Aishin Sea Horses (Japanese B1 League) in Japanese league. In 12 games he averaged 12.5ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.3apg.
In 2013 Jerrett was drafted by Portland Trail Blazers (NBA) in second round (40th overall). He attended University of Arizona and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball. Jerrett has played on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America)..More on Eurobasket..
