Effective January 1, BDA’s Billy Kuenzinger will handle all functions associated with the position of president, including strategic planning, business operations and management of the entire company, and will remain BDA’s General Counsel.
Kuenzinger joined BDA with over 15 years of legal experience in the private sector, with much of his work focused in the sports and entertainment industry. Kuenzinger oversees all corporate governance, business and operational matters for both BDA’s domestic and international operations. He also handles and oversees matters for BDA’s players including endorsement and licensing agreements, complex business transactions and general legal issues.
Kuenzinger has a degree in Political Science from California State University Stanislaus and graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan.
